Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This role is part of the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program, where the journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated classes. Once licensed, trainees learn foundational advisor skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and providing holistic financial advice and solutions. Financial Solutions Advisors in this centralized segment are phone-based licensed advisors who offer clients comprehensive financial advice and guidance, identifying product and service solutions for investment, savings, and liability management. They apply knowledge of investments and financial markets to client needs and align Merrill and Bank of America products. The program provides training and guidance to progress into a Merrill Financial Advisor role, working with affluent and high net worth clients to identify needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare recommendations. Successful FSAs typically advance to Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) within the program, supported by the Academy with dedicated programs, tools, and resources.
