About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. As a Financial Solutions Advisor within the Advisor Development Program, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learn foundational skills for client relationship management and financial guidance. You will then join a centralized team as a phone-based licensed advisor providing holistic financial advice and identifying solutions to meet clients' investment, savings, and liability management needs. The program offers a defined path to becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor, with opportunities to work with affluent and high net worth clients, develop relationships, and prepare investment recommendations. Upon demonstrating success as a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA), you will typically progress to Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources to support your career journey, including world-class training, one-on-one coaching, and a defined consultative approach with clients. You will earn your required licenses through structured lessons and dedicated study time. The role involves interacting with various client types, leveraging Bank of America's extensive customer base, and providing comprehensive advice and recommendations. You will collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with a full suite of solutions.   • Must obtain SIE within 60 days of being hired.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days.
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and remaining in good standing.
  • Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional client care with industry-leading products, services, and education.
