About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading global provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services, specializing in goals-based wealth management for individuals, companies, and institutions. Merrill's Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates build personal relationships with clients, offering investment advice and guidance for life goals like retirement, education, and legacy planning, backed by Merrill's insights and Bank of America's banking convenience. The company is committed to an in-office culture with flexibility based on role-specific considerations and values diversity. As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), the role begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated study. Post-licensing, the individual will learn foundational advisor skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and providing advice and solutions for complex financial pictures. After achieving key milestones, the ADP FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. Successful ADP FSA I individuals typically advance to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. The ultimate career progression within ADP is to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor, with ongoing support from The Academy.
