Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. The Advertising Sales Rep Analyst- Agency Account Manager will work with agencies on behalf of their advertisers, nurture high-value active accounts to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, retain and grow existing advertisers by maximizing revenue potential. This role involves leading agency management calls by cultivating and maintaining a strong, positive relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for active accounts by sharing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations, and pitching campaigns to sell new ideas and drive incremental revenue. The position has end-to-end sales responsibility for a portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close account management. The role may create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications. The goal is to retain and grow revenue within accounts by developing an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed. The role requires working collaboratively to support the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships, and documenting all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs. The ability to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets is also necessary. The role participates in the development of materials needed for campaign/program.
