About The Position
As a Post and Courier Pee Dee Advertising Intern, you'll be gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while supporting the overall objectives of the marketing team and greater organization. It's an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Current enrollment at Francis Marion University
- Cumulative GPA no lower than 3.0
- Pursuant of a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field of study
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit promotional videos for local businesses, including ads and testimonial videos, utilizing AI and other platforms
- Research and compile contact information for potential clients.
- Coordinate introductory meetings with business owners or marketing representatives on behalf of the publisher.
- Attend meetings with clients or potential clients, taking detailed notes.
- Gather and analyze data surrounding clients digital campaigns, offer recommendations to optimize the clients spend.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
