About The Position
Piedmont Henry Wound Care is seeking a full-time Advanced Wound Care Tech to administer safe and effective hyperbaric oxygen treatments and wound care treatments under the supervision of certified specialists.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 40-hour primary training in Hyperbaric Medicine Required
- Completion of the Wound Treatment Associate Program Required
- 1 year of wound care or similar procedure assisting experience Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years direct care with patients including wound dressing and assisting with minor surgical procedures Preferred
- 3 years of patient care experience Preferred
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
- EMT - Emergency Medical Tech Certification Preferred
- AT - Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - . Preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer safe and effective hyperbaric oxygen treatments under the supervision of a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist.
- Administer safe and effective Wound Care treatments under the supervision of a Certified Wound Specialist or Provider.
