About The Position

We are looking for a talented warehouse operator to join our team specializing in our distribution business in Houston, TX. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Perform cycle counts, prepare bills of lading, and use computer software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certified
• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment
