About The Position
A member of the Patient Care Services team, the TeleICU Monitor Technician I Telesitter provides continuous close monitoring for behavioral or protective management observation. Patients may need observation because of behaviors or disorders, medical conditions, fall risks, or special needs. The role is with Swedish Shared Services and is part of Providence’s patient-focused, whole-person care environment.
Requirements
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Six months of acute care experience, or one year of skilled nursing experience as a certified nurse assistant (NAC), licensed practical nurse, or nurse technician.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using an electronic medical record.
- Experience as an MT.
Responsibilities
