As a member of the AT Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) team, this position directly supports the Deputy Director of AT-AISS in the management of the AT business. This is an onsite role and can be located at one of the following Raytheon locations: Tewksbury, MA or Portsmouth, RI.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
  • Experience in Contract Research & Development in areas such as new business capture, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.​ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • MS in Engineering, Sciences, or Management
  • Program Management Certification or knowledge of PM lifecycle
  • Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Documentation management sites such as Sharepoint
  • Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS)
  • Experience in obtaining Intellectual Property on emerging technologies
  • Experience leading Internal Research & Development project
  • An active secret clearance is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve good results across multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively direct, influence, motivate and supervise team members
