About The Position

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work in its established orthopedic practice in Centralia, Washington. The role includes work in the clinic and assisting with surgeries. Under a surgeon’s supervision, the nurse practitioner examines patients, administers drugs, orders medical and diagnostic testing, diagnoses illnesses, and counsels patients and their families.

The position is full-time, with a starting pay range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year. Bonus opportunities are available based on production and quality of work. OOA covers part or all of the cost of health, dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance, as well as CME. Employees may participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program are also available. PTO accrues based on position and tenure.

OOA is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free workplace. Employment offers are contingent on passing a background screen and pre-employment drug screen, which includes nicotine testing.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington state, or the ability to obtain one before hire.
• Two to three years of orthopedic experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
