About The Position

We are seeking an Advanced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, robust, and automated testing frameworks across our software ecosystem. In this role, you will take technical ownership of end-to-end quality assurance strategies, blending traditional functional, API, and UI automation with cutting-edge AI-assisted testing practices. Working closely with cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment, you will drive quality standards, optimize test execution velocity, and integrate AI tools into the QA framework to streamline test creation, maintenance, and anomaly detection.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
3+ years of professional experience as a QA Automation Engineer building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
Proven track record in test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and comprehensive release reporting
Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted tools or frameworks into the QA lifecycle to accelerate test creation and script maintenance
Experience executing backend API validation, database checks, and cross-browser UI automation in production environments
Strong experience in several of the following areas:
Test Automation & AI Integration: Hands-on experience building automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and integrating AI capabilities (e.g., AI test generators, self-healing test scripts, or LLM-assisted test data generation)
Programming Languages: Proficiency in modern programming languages used for test automation (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java)
API & Database Validation: Deep experience validating REST, gRPC, or GraphQL endpoints and writing SQL queries for data integrity checks
SDLC & Version Control: Command of version control workflows (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and Agile software development practices
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic capabilities
Excellent communication skills for active cross-functional team collaboration
High learning agility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for adopting emerging AI tools and software quality trends

Nice To Haves

Experience setting up and managing automated test executions inside CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Exposure to Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) or Mobile Automation frameworks (e.g., Appium)
Experience with specialized Data Testing, ETL pipeline validation, or visual regression testing
Understanding of security testing fundamentals and automated vulnerability screening

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and backend services
Implement and optimize AI-assisted capabilities within the testing framework (e.g., AI-driven test case generation, self-healing locators, or intelligent regression selection)
Perform end-to-end test planning, scenario design, automated execution, and root-cause defect analysis within Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban)
Perform backend data validation by writing complex SQL queries and validating API payloads across REST, GraphQL, or gRPC interfaces
Collaborate closely with software engineers and DevOps teams to integrate automated test suites into continuous integration workflows
Maintain clear technical documentation, test execution metrics, and quality dashboards for technical stakeholders
