About The Position

As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will provide expert-level
technical leadership in the design and development of complex engineering
projects, acting as the subject matter expert and driving technical excellence.
You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you’ll work out
of our Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As an Advanced Project Engineer in the Heat Transfer organization, you will
assist and co-manage medium to large, complex engineering projects or lead small
engineering projects. You will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional
teams to ensure effective collaboration and project coordination. Your ability
to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer
requirements.

By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets will
help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will
impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving
operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
innovation.
