Riverside Medical Group is seeking an experienced full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their dedicated team at Riverside Internal Medicine Associates of Gloucester Group in Gloucester, Virginia. Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner – Master’s in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner License, Nurse Practitioner Certification OR Physician Assistant – Master’s Degree, Physician Assistant License
• Meet comprehensive and professional standards
• Hold a current, valid Virginia medical license or be eligible
• Possess a valid DEA controlled substance registration
• 3+ years' Experience
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Passion for patient care and community health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and learning
• Collaborative, team approach

Responsibilities

• Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Annual wellness visits and physical exams
• Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, weight, and other chronic conditions
• Age-appropriate immunizations
• Well-woman exams, including birth control counseling
