Advanced Practice Provider-Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine
About The Position
Intermountain Health is hiring a PRN Advanced Practice Provider in wound and hyperbaric medicine to provide coverage for providers who are out on vacation or attending CME. The role provides both wound care and hyperbaric medicine services and may cover locations in the Salt Lake Valley, Park City/Heber City, or Utah County. Clinics are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position is based at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Scheduled weekly hours are listed as 0. The provider will join a team of healthcare professionals focused on quality care and excellent patient experience. Intermountain Health is an integrated not-for-profit health system with 33 hospitals, 400 clinics, and more than 5,000 employed physicians and advanced practice providers across six Mountain West states.
Requirements
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain them.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
- Candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be accepted at this time.
