Advanced Practice Provider - Vascular Surgery, CHVH
About The Position
Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified Advanced Practice Provider to join an established vascular team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is suited to a motivated, experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Work includes vascular surgery, rounding, and potentially clinic responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a surgical on-call rotation of one in four and no vascular weekend call. The position uses Epic EMR and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- Board-certified Advanced Practice Provider; Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Required experience in vascular surgery, cardiology, surgical first assist, emergency room (ER), progressive care unit (PCU), or intensive care unit (ICU).
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or hold current national certification, and maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under Indiana State Board of Nursing criteria and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis.
