About The Position

We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) in Globe, Arizona who wants a four-day work week, no call, and meaningful community impact. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on managing acute and chronic conditions while delivering preventative care across the lifespan. Minor in-clinic procedures are optional based on training, and you’ll have strong clinical support so you can focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified PA-C or FNP
• Hold or can obtain an Arizona license and DEA
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Value team-based, community-focused care
• Mission-driven and culturally sensitive

Responsibilities

• Managing acute and chronic conditions
• Delivering preventative care across the lifespan
• Performing minor in-clinic procedures (optional)
