Advanced Practice Provider- On Call position
About The Position
MedOne is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide call coverage to our Post-Acute Facilities. This position is fully remote and can be performed from home. MedOne is an independent, hospital medicine practice of more than 190 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, as well as more than 35 administrative staff, united by a single purpose—to make healthcare better. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management for patients in Post-Acute Facilities during off-hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, timely patient care
