About The Position
Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider to join their team at their clinic in Baldwin, Michigan. This role is situated in a rural community known for its outdoor recreational opportunities and proximity to Lake Michigan. Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center established in 1967, offering a comprehensive range of services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more across six locations in West Central Michigan. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
- Board Certified
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Treat newborns and pediatric patients.
