About The Position

Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico At City Different, healthcare is personal. We believe great medicine starts with great relationships. Our approach combines clinical excellence, innovative technology, and meaningful patient education to care for the whole person—not simply treat a diagnosis. Our patients appreciate having time with their provider, easy access to care, and a team that truly listens. We take a proactive approach to health and wellness, helping our patients stay well rather than simply treating them when they are sick. We are growing, and we are looking for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is excited to become an integral part of our close-knit, collaborative team. A Practice Where You Can Make an Impact We are an extremely busy and growing practice, which means your patient panel will develop quickly.
