About The Position

We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA), for an outpatient primary care role in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and patient education for patients of all ages. The provider will work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative support team in a collaborative, team-based setting, with an emphasis on high-quality, relationship-driven care and continuity of care.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, covering clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. There are no weekends and minimal after-hours phone call responsibilities. The average patient load is 15 or more patients per day.

Requirements

• Be licensed in Pennsylvania as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Have at least 2 years of primary care or family medicine experience.
• Enjoy caring for patients of all ages.
• Value teamwork, flexibility, and continuity of care.
• Be comfortable providing preventive and acute care, managing chronic conditions, and educating patients.
