NP/PA Quick Care PRN
About The Position
Kirby Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide PRN care in its Quick Care setting in Monticello, Illinois. The position anticipates approximately 12 hours per week. PRN shifts are typically 12 hours or in 4-hour increments. Department hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Weekend coverage is required on a PRN basis; holiday coverage is not required. The provider treats patients of all ages. Candidates must be proficient in clinical skills including suturing and wound care, incision and drainage, treatment of orthopedic injuries, and diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses. The Quick Care setting is fully staffed with nursing and clinical support staff. The base salary is up to $146,581 yearly, with potential bonus opportunities. Compensation depends on experience. Requirements
- Be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Have 3–5 years of urgent care experience.
- Hold Illinois licensure.
- Hold BLS certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in suturing and wound care, incision and drainage, treatment of orthopedic injuries, and diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities

- Provide PRN provider coverage, including Saturday rotations.
