About The Position

Chesapeake Urology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support its inpatient urology services across Montgomery County, with coverage in both Germantown, MD and Shady Grove Hospital in Rockville, MD. In this role, you will provide hands‑on care for hospitalized patients, working closely with physicians and hospital teams to manage urologic conditions and ensure continuity throughout the patient stay. The position offers a focused inpatient setting where clinical judgment, efficiency, and collaboration are key. This opportunity is ideal for an APP with prior hospital or inpatient experience who enjoys acute care and being an integral part of a coordinated urology care team.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Specialty: Urology
• Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C
• Minimum 1-2 years of APP experience required
• Inpatient Hospital experience as an APP preferred

Nice To Haves

• Urology experience as RN or APP preferred
