About The Position
Los Angeles Cancer Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its hematology and oncology team. This role involves working closely with physicians to deliver patient-centered care, including evaluations, follow-up visits, ongoing treatment management, and some call coverage. The practice emphasizes continuity, strong communication, and a team-based approach, allowing providers to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care journey. Requirements
- 2+ years of APP experience required
- NP-C/PA-C board certifications
- Fluency in spoken Spanish or Armenian preferred but not required
Nice To Haves
- Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred
Responsibilities
- Support evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing treatment management for hematology and oncology patients.
- Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians.
- Participate in some call coverage.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care journey.
