About The Position
Los Angeles Cancer Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its hematology and oncology team. This role involves working closely with physicians to deliver patient-centered care, including evaluations, follow-up visits, treatment management, and some call coverage. Requirements
- 2+ years of APP experience required.
- Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C.
Nice To Haves
- Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred.
- Fluency in spoken Spanish or Armenian preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care on the hematology and oncology team.
- Work closely with physicians to support evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Manage ongoing patient treatment.
- Participate in some call coverage.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care journey.
