About The Position
MidLantic Urology (MLU) is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their team in Pottstown, PA. As part of Urology Alliance (UA), MLU is supported by a leading patient-focused network, enabling providers to deliver superior, individualized patient care. This role offers a broad clinical scope in a collaborative, physician-led environment, treating various urologic conditions and performing office-based procedures. The position involves a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital rounding at two local hospitals, within a supportive and collegial practice setting.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) qualification.
- Willingness to grow career in a patient-focused practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively as an integral member of the care team.
- Proficiency in treating general urologic conditions.
- Experience or ability to perform office-based procedures.
- Comfort with both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a physician-led urology practice.
- Familiarity with the Pottstown, PA community.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, prostate cancer follow-up, and other general urologic conditions.
- Perform office-based procedures, including catheter changes, s/p tube exchanges, injections, and urodynamic studies.
- Manage a mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient hospital rounding at two local hospitals.
