About The Position

MidLantic Urology (MLU), supported by the nation’s leading patient-focused, excellence-driven, physician-led urology network, Urology Alliance (UA), is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their team in Pottstown, PA. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led urology practice with 4 experienced urologists and 2 APPs. The position involves a broad clinical scope, treating patients with various urologic conditions such as BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, and prostate cancer follow-up. The APP will perform office-based procedures like catheter changes, s/p tube exchanges, injections, and urodynamic studies. The role includes a balanced practice with both outpatient clinic duties and inpatient hospital rounding at two local hospitals. MLU fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where APPs are valued as integral members of the care team and work alongside physicians.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) qualification.
• Willingness to grow career in a patient-focused practice.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment alongside physicians.
• Proficiency in treating general urologic conditions.
• Experience or ability to perform office-based procedures.
• Ability to manage both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a physician-led urology practice.
• Experience working with a team of urologists and other APPs.

Responsibilities
