Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine & Pediatrics – Hampton - PT
About The Position
Sentara Medical Group has a part-time opening for an APP to join Sentara Family Medicine & Pediatrics location in Hampton, VA. We are a small, patient‑centered family medicine and pediatric practice conveniently located within CarePlex Hospital, adjacent to our Midwifery Clinic. Established just two years ago, our practice is thriving and we are excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. The role involves an average of 16-18 patients per day, with 18 clinical hours and 2 admin hours. The provider will care for a wide range of primary care patients from ages newborn and up in a collaborative, supportive, team‑based setting focused on improving patient outcomes. There is no call or weekend work required.
Requirements
- Active NP or PA
- New grads welcome with pediatric rotation experience
