About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at our Primary Care team in Mahomet, Illinois. This role involves working with a collaborative team including a physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. There is a possibility for in-office procedures. The provider will see a broad scope of patients, including mostly adults and approximately 20% pediatric patients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical practice is preferred.
