About The Position
Baptist Primary Care Dunn is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- 2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice
- Certified and Licensed APRN or PA
- Proficiency with EMR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide care for Women's and Men's Health.
- Provide pediatric care.
- Manage acute patients.
- Manage chronic patients.
- Conduct physician-patient follow-ups.
- Conduct hospital follow-ups.
- Perform wellness exams.
