APP Urgent Care - Full Time/Part Time
About The Position
Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its multi-specialty medical group in the Urgent Care department in West Valley City. The position is available on a full-time or part-time schedule, with 3–4 shifts per week. Scheduled shifts are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The APP provides urgent-care services, including developing treatment plans for urgent and illness-related needs, selecting appropriate medications, and delivering excellent care in a busy environment. The role also includes managing EMR charts in eClinicalWorks. Granger Medical Clinic is an independent, physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty medical group. The clinic emphasizes quality, patient-focused care and healthcare decisions that support patients’ health and wellness.
Requirements
- Appropriate and applicable Utah licensure, education, and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Proper insurance credentialing must be completed before treating patients.
- Board certified or board eligible.
- NRCME credential is required; if the credential is in progress, it must be completed within 60 days of the start date.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
- Urgent Care specialty experience preferred.
