Requirements
- Physician Assistant
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – State of Virginia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by Board of Medicine or Board of Nursing or Department of Health Professions
- Current DEA Required
- Meet comprehensive and professional standards
- Have a current, valid state of Virginia medical license or be eligible for one
- Have a valid DEA
