About The Position

Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Urology practice in Vermont, located near the Rutland area. This is a hospital-employed position offering an excellent work-life balance, autonomy in patient care, and long-term stability. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Urology or a related specialty
Vermont licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with national certification or Vermont licensure as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification
Completion of required patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint training per department guidelines
