About The Position

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Urology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will partner with a new urologic oncologist in a hybrid clinic and OR position, supporting patient care, surgical workflow, follow-up needs, care coordination, and practice growth as the patient volume increases. You’ll practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Anticipated schedule includes two clinic days and two OR days per week. Outpatient clinic call will be shared by the APP team and is anticipated to be 1:4, depending on coverage at the time of hire.

Requirements

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• AANP, ANCC or AAPA certification
• Active, unobstructed STATE license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Nice To Haves

• Urology or oncology experience, clinical rotations, or demonstrated interest are preferred
• PA background is preferred, though NP candidates may be considered.
