About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with Palliative Care experience for outpatient care at Franciscan Health Palliative Care in Indianapolis, IN. Experienced provider is preferred and desired. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with three physicians and eight advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have past Palliative, Hospice or Home Health Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Past Palliative, Hospice or Home Health Care experience
• Experienced provider is preferred and desired.
• Potential outreach to Mooresville location
