Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current or eligible Illinois licensure
  • DEA certification or eligibility
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, Primary Care, or related specialty preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Managing medication therapies and monitoring patient progress
  • Providing patient education regarding pain management strategies
  • Collaborating with physicians regarding interventional procedures and treatment recommendations
  • Monitoring outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promoting evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes and quality of life
