About The Position

This advanced practice provider opportunity is with our Head and Neck Oncology team at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, Indiana. The provider will join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems. This role involves first assist responsibilities in the operating room, complemented by inpatient rounding and clinic hours. The position is a full-time opportunity, five days per week, with no weekends or call responsibilities. Operating room shifts begin at 7:00 a.m., and inpatient rounding shifts are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling is available based on team needs. The electronic medical record system used is Epic.

Requirements

• Surgical experience as a practicing advanced practice provider is strongly preferred
• New graduate APPs with multiple surgical inpatient clinical rotations will be considered
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
• Desire to practice in operating room, clinic, and inpatient settings
• Educational background consistent with the requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana.
