About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that specializes in Oncology Hematology care to join our team at FPN Oncology & Hematology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana. Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
