About The Position
Intermountain Health is seeking an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider for a part-time position at St. George WorkMed in St. George, UT. This role is open to new graduates and offers competitive compensation. The provider will be responsible for delivering care within the occupational medicine setting.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Responsibilities
