Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Full-time Murray WorkMed - Intermountain Health Murray, UT Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system with hospitals and clinics throughout the Intermountain West. Requirements
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
