About The Position

This is a House Calls position where the Advanced Practice Provider will practice in the South, North, Central, and Southwest regions. The role will involve Telehealth to support video visits. The position will support 2 sister programs/clinics and will require travel to/from patient homes as well as the ability to support virtual care delivery. The role offers competitive compensation and incentives, including a relocation bonus if applicable.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• At least 1-2 years of experience preferred; however, the position is amenable to recent APP graduates.
