Nephrology - Full-Time NP/PA
About The Position
Join our Nephrology team as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in a full-time role working across two hospital systems. This position offers a diverse clinical experience managing patients in inpatient, outpatient dialysis, and clinic settings, with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements. Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA
- Strong clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic kidney-related conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and promote self-care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Prescribe medications per state guidelines
- Support quality improvement initiatives
