About The Position
Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) ready to grow your career in a thriving, patient-focused practice? AUA’s busy Joliet Clinic—located in the heart of Chicago’s southwest suburbs is expanding! This is an outpatient-centered practice where you will deliver outstanding care in a supportive environment focused on follow-ups and new patient consults. You will see an average of 25–30 patients per day in a full clinic, with travel to nearby New Lenox and Morris locations. You will join a collaborative team of 8 full-time physicians and 3 experienced APPs who believe in shared knowledge and seamless patient care. The organization is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources. Their partnership model preserves clinical autonomy while enabling responsible growth and high-quality specialty care nationwide.
