About The Position

We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider in Brighton, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to serve the community. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care while managing both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll also support continuity of care through occasional community-based visits. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your practice. You’ll practice in Brighton, Massachusetts, a vibrant Boston neighborhood known for its diverse population, accessibility, and strong healthcare presence.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
• Certified as FNP, AGNP, or PA-C
• Comfortable managing acute and chronic primary care conditions
• Value relationship-based, team-oriented care

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clinical experience is preferred
