About The Position

This role involves providing outpatient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician at the Austin Gastro location. The position is full-time, dedicated to one physician, and involves seeing both new and follow-up patients. Responsibilities include completing patient histories and physicals, determining tentative diagnoses, ordering appropriate laboratory tests, and counseling patients and families on health and disease. The provider will also participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities and perform other duties as assigned. This is a private practice setting supported by GI Alliance, a leading physician-led gastroenterology network.

Requirements

State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Gastrointestinal experience preferred
Recent graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities
