Consistent and Supportive Schedule: Enjoy a reliable Monday–Friday , 8 am to 5 pm workweek that promotes work-life balance and long-term career satisfaction. The weekends are all yours! Blended Care Environment: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a primarily outpatient practice complemented by biweekly inpatient rounds, offering variety in your day while ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey. Meaningful Patient Interactions: See approximately 25-30 patients per clinic-day , while also focusing on pre-ops, post-ops, and consults—ensuring quality over quantity.
