When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider Home InstaCare, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide Urgent / InstaCare services to patients in their home. This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable, a competitive salary, and an $18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive Your home base will be Clinic Wynn – this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via your personal vehicle Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days / week
Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience as a practicing Advanced Practice Provider
- Highly reliable insured personal vehicle, clean and in excellent repair
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
