About The Position

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time position with day shifts, requiring no weekends or call. The role is part of a team-based, multidisciplinary care environment, working collaboratively with Heart Failure physicians and other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Advanced Heart Failure experience is strongly preferred. New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered if they possess at least 3 to 5 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in inpatient cardiac or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner
• Licensure and Certifications consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana
• At least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings (for new graduate Nurse Practitioners)
