About The Position

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus. This role involves working alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. It is a full-time position with day shifts. The role is team-based and multidisciplinary, working with Heart Failure physicians and APPs. New graduate Nurse Practitioners are considered if they have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings. The provider must have an educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana.
Requirements

- At least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings (for new graduate Nurse Practitioners)
