About The Position

This position involves providing comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnoses, and prescribing treatments under protocol for the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. The role also focuses on promoting wellness and preventing illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities. The Advanced Practice Provider will work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams, contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience. The setting includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
• Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• BLS/CPR certification required

Nice To Haves

• Prior APN/PA experience preferred
