Advanced Practice Provider - Gastroenterology
About The Position
Cooper University Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - for their Gastroenterology department in Mt Laurel, NJ. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week. The APP will assume responsibility within the clinical specialty, working in consultation with other healthcare team members to enhance nursing practice and promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation, as well as staff and patient education, and research. The APP will be a key member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Requirements
- Master's - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2 years of experience
- License (or Certification): American Heart Association BLS
- NJ-Advanced Practice Nurse & Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant are required.
Nice To Haves
- Gastroenterology experience is preferred.
